REVISED Volunteer Assignments for 6/26 Meet
June 26th
Hi Swim Families,
I can't believe we are at the end of the season! Please see the final volunteer list for tonight's meet against JCC. There are a lot of changes and we had to call up some extra helpers, so please make sure to take a look at it before the meet. We will send out the swim entries/heat sheets out later this morning.
Details for the meet:
- Arrive by 4:45pm for 5:00pm warm up
- Jewish Community Center address is 5342 Tilly Mill Rd, Dunwoody GA 30338
- They have a 6 lane pool, so we will have lanes 1,3, and 5
- They have concessions available that sell a wide variety of food and drinks.
- The parking lot will be open for your families. The day camps will be having dismissal till 5, and the lot will be busy.
- Our team area will be under the blue canopies between the lower and upper pools.
- We will be heading to Chick-fil-A after the meet for milkshakes and other after the meet treats
- Tomorrow is our last Fun-Day and it will include "pie a coach" for kids who have improved times.
