MOVING MEET TO REDFIELD. Final Volunteer list and Entries
June 13th
Our pool pump is burned out and we will be moving the meet to Redfield. Please plan on arriving at 4:30 as we are still the home team. Please see the attached revised volunteer list and the swim entries.
Here are a few reminders to help all of our meets run smoothly....
- All swimmers must check in with a coach when they arrive. This helps us identify if there are any kids missing for a race.
- Please write your child's first and last name on their back with a sharpie. This is necessary to help our bullpen and deck manager volunteers get them quickly to their races.
- Rooster Cheer: This is a cheer that we do right before the meet starts. We need to have ALL swimmers gather for the cheer. This helps the coaches because they will call the kids in the first few races and line them up in the appropriate lanes. The kids don't have to yell the cheer, but they need to be there.
- We are requesting for the parents of kids 7 & up to please stay out of the lane (deck) area unless you are a volunteering as bull pen, deck manager or relay helper. The coaches need to be able to move around to the swimmers and the coaches have permission to ask you to leave the area.
